Rental of the car at carflex

On the 26 the of January,I was making a booking for the car. Then I was expected to pay R1600 for reservations. When I got to the counter to collect the car at Fisrt . Soon realized that it was not the unlimited option, then had to ask the deal to be cancelled. I was told at the company(1st) that I must deal with the agent. I called the lady at carflexi and she responded but was very rude not to explain what the arrangement of refunding my is going to be. She was really unruly and I am still annoyed by this kind of service. I need my refund for my booking as the terms of conditions of this sale were not explained. I asked for the manager and the lady refused to give me the details. I am disappointed in this service and would not recommend to use carflexi rental. I will still email a senior manager to get to understand how to get my refund. This was really horrible service
