Refusal to Refund

I have booked for a car hire with CarFlexi 9 days in advance and paid for the deposit they requested. On the day I went to collect the vehicle I never got the car as the Thrifty company said that my credit score is low, and I need to request a refund from Carflexi but Carflexi refused to refund me and there's no where in Carflexi terms and conditions that they communicated about credit score, I called their customer service and the lady refused not to hear me out and help me with my refund or to credit me for the monies I paid. So with that I have not received any good service from you guys and will not recommend anyone to use your service.
