Recommended Carflexi to my own demise

Guys, i'm very disappointed in you. I recommended you to my sister who wanted to hire a car for 5 days, she was in an accident, she is a working single mother who needs to be mobile as a sales rep. She made the reservation today CF560291 and paid the deposited you requested online, she went to OR Tambo with the money you stipulated would be payable at the counter when she picks up the car only to find out that she had to pay an additional R10 000. The amount payable as per your voucher was R1 720... however when she got to the counter she was asked to pay R11 720. I'm failing to understand why the R10 000 amount is not included in your price break down, because clearly the way you record it misleading. The worse part is that she lost the deposit she paid online because when she tried to cancel she was told that cancellation after pick up is not refundable. So now i have to pay my sister the refund she paid because i'm the one who recommended you to her. I paid a high price for recommending you and my sister is without a car. I made a mistake by recommending you, a mistake i cannot afford to make again.
