I am eager for us to reach an amicable solution to my issue so I can write something positive, I am not in the business of negative reviews, I believe in the saying, if you have nothing good to say about anyone or anything, do not say anything but I am willing to go back and write wonderful things on how you consider the client is resolving disputes.

We were able to locate the reservation and we are sorry you didn't use it. The reservation was for 8 days in Polokwane and it had been confirmed by Europcar car rentals.

Under the Cancellation policy, the booking fee isn't refundable if the booking wasn't used which in your case you decided not to use but we had arranged it for you.
