Poor service
On the 23rd December 2020I booked a car at CarFlexi.com then they asked me to pay R1 700 then I’ll pay Balance of R3 234.03 at the table, I did so. Then on the 24th December 2020 I went to SixT to pay the the balance only to find out that the total amount of Car is R9 134.00. I couldn’t take the car since the balance was too much for me then asked for a refund. The guy that was helping me gave me a negative attitude and told me to go to a bank for reversal. I still didn’t get my refund

Thank you for the review. We regret you didn't use this reservation we had arranged for you. As stated in the voucher the station had to reserve the guarantee of 5500R that would be released at the end of the rental. That was though the guarantee and not the payment.
