Misleading information on website

I am utterly disappointed at the service received from CarFlexi, a car rental booking agency. CarFlexi charged me R1,615.67 as a booking fee which was not explicitly stated as such when I was making the booking on their website as my understanding was that the R1,615.67 is partial payment towards the total invoice amount from Bidvest Car Rental. This was shown as a payment to be made on booking and I will be required to pay R2,340 at the rental desk with a refundable deposit of R1,170 making a total of R2,786. If it was explicit on the website that the booking fee is R1,615.67 which is extremely high I wouldn't have made use of the services of CarFlexi and booked directly from the car rental website.

Additionally, CarFlexi had indicated for the car that I wanted it was Category F but when I went to collect the car at King Shaka Int Airport Category F car was not the car I had booked but a different one. This is misleading and misrepresentation which is unacceptable.

What is also frustrating is that CarFlexi is an international company and you reply on emails to resolve whatever issue there is. I had queried this with CarFlexi which have not yet resolve my issue.
