****ming and deceiving customers

This booking agent that advertises the best car rental fees across the range of car rental companies in SA is a **** and tend to hide fees that suddently appear at the end of your rental agreement. I saw a good rate with First car rental but I did not realise that they made me subscribe WITHOUT ME REALIZING IT to a theft damage excess protection of R154 per day, which is way out of my range. I would never havve agreed to it but never aw that I was subscribinf to this service
