Lies about rental models

Simple issue, booked a Fiat Panda (4 star nCap rating) a safe car for myself adn my 2 daughters to go on holiday with.. When I called the actual rental company to confirm they let me know that I would be give a Datsan Go.. the unsafest car in the world (0 star nCap) and pretty much a death trap..

Called and spoke to their consultants who said "or similar", in no world is a datsan similar to a Panda.. ever.. ever ever.. in fact they actually say on the rental website not suitable for child seats..

So long story short.. did not even make sense for me to rebook so just cancelling and also not goign to get a cent back.. waste of time.. waste of money and never again.. pay a little more and just go to one of the big companies (my experience unless you happy in a datsan go.....)
