I googled vehicle rental with my dates and used the cheapest quote given. I did not ask any additional services and accepted the quote, it then asked me to pay an amount of R838 which i thought was a deposit on the vehicle. Before we took the vehicle Europcar advised us that Carfexi added additionals and if you don't go an unclick it somewhere you pay these funds to them, this is very sly and not transparent. I am not the only one complaining about this. Carflexi is ********* and dishonest and they make money by ****ming the public who do not know that you need to unclick if you don't want added on services. They "hide" this, shouldn't consumers have the right to click on services i want? They click for you and if you didn't see it, then sorry for you, your loss. Extremely disappointed in them.
