Hidden insurance restrictions, be careful

Made booking of car with full insurance cover, atleast it was written in such way when I filled all information. After had unpleasant case when driving on highway small stone hit the from glass and made slight damage of it. "Eurocar" charged be full front mirror amount in amount of 880 EUR and said that no insurance were arranged by CarFlexi with them, and in case if arranged it directly - their insurance will cover it fully. After applying for compensation to CarFlexi received rejection with link on website with all exclusions, which were not (!!!) announced during making bookings in any documents. I think customer should not search website for such details and provider should announce all details clearly in booking confirmation or atleast insurance police. So do not recommend to use CarFlexi or atleast check all details very carefully before making booking. Now because of such unpredictable accident and such policy of CarFlexi I have my own loss which will not be compensated.
