Flexi and 1st Car ****
I booked a car for 2 weeks via them. I was told to pay R2500 up front and I did. On getting to 1st Car Rental, I found out that the R2500 went straight into Carflexi's pocket. None of it reduced my 1st Car price. What was worse was that 1st Car agents defended the situation and told me I should have read the small print. There was no empathy from them or any understanding that they worked hand in hand with ********. CarFlexi charged me R2500 for just forwarding my booking to 1stCar! Both companies are ********!

Duirng the booking procedure a small downpayment amount is charged which includes the cost of any options that might have been purchased during the booking procedure and the balance is always payble at the rental desk upon the pick up of the vehicle. The price breakdown is shown at the final step of the booking procedure before entering your card details.
In addition, upon the confirmation of a reservation my booking page is enabled where you may find a receipt for the downpayment amount, the confirmation voucher and the terms and conditions of your rental.
