Booked and paid online in advance, to pick up a car for 2 days, on my arrival to Adelaide airport on the agreed time, I found no company of that name at the airport, and when I called they said wait for the cuttle bus service to bring you to the office near down town, I did as been asked and wasted near an hour until I got there to find new charges and rules that never been communicated clearly when I booked online, they even wanted to charge me $1,000 and to keep it for 10 business days or more after I return the car, and when I refused and said this is never been communicated with me before and I refused to accept it, they refused to refund me what I paid, and left me to sort my self out from where they are located until I got back to Airport to hire another car from a local dealer Still want to deal with them, then don't blame anyone but yourself if anything unexpected happens to you
