Do not use CarFlexi.com

I was charged R913 (44 Euros) for booking a car (1st car rental) excluding the rental fee due to 1st car rental company. I could not amend my booking on the CarFlexi website nor with 1st car rental. When I asked to cancel I was told to cancel the booking however the CarFlexi website did not provide a cancellation option nor an option to amend my booking to another date and location. No local customer service number in South Africa. When I sent an email I was told no refund is due to me even though I did not use their booking. I ended up renting a car directly from a different car rental company. Do not use CarFlexi rather book directly through the car rental website. I basically paid over 40 Euros for nothing.
