Do NOT use carflexi, they do not pay any deposits taken to the car rental agency
Terrible company who are out to take more money than per the original quote. Booking was made on the basis of being the cheapest quote. A 50% deposit had to be paid; however it turns out that this is now being taken as a booking fee for carflexi and we have to pay the full rental to the car rental agency on top. We have tried to call them, and they are now pretending that the original quote was the higher amount. ******* and *****!!! Their website says "no hidden fees" which is utter nonsense as our booking has just ended up costing 50% more than originally quoted. Stay away!!!

26 Oct 2019, 09:25 In order to place the order, a part of the price is being charged online, in this case, it was ZAR 923,49 and by confirmation of the order, the balance amount is written on the voucher, which remains and will be paid at the rental desk. The balance was ZAR 1812,00.
