Do not ever do may a payment through Carflexi

When I booked a car online through Thrifty car hire the payment goes through Carflexi. I could not collect my car due to 40 people in the queue and I couldn’t get through to Thrifty to cancel the car. CarFlexi will not refund me my deposit.
