Dishonest advertising

After finding the 'best deal' we checked the final costs and nowhere obvious on the payment page was there anything to say I had to pay an extra R7,500.. even at the car rental office.. they said never to go through Carflexi as they have had many complaints about people being ********** by this company. .. so.. carflexi say they have the cheapest deals across the board but they have many hidden costs. The cost went from approx. R5700 to R13,000.. ridiculous!! And then to add insult to injury they also didn't give me a refund due to me not taking the car.
