Disgusting

I blame Europa for this I was charged 3 times wrong amount that was not on the reservation when I booked a car. Debited my account and when you call to ask why no one knows even Europa told me they don't know. Never use that company they are *****ing people's money and up until today I ve never got my money back. Why do Europa still using this Car flexi.
