DISGRACEFUL - ********* COMPANY
DO NOT use CAR FLEXI - they are *****, who will ***** your money. I booked a car and then cancelled 5 mins later. I got an email to say it had been cancelled but they still charged me. They refuse to give me money back. Unfortunately I used them again without realising and again they charged me for something I didn't want, as they miss labelled it and again refused to give my money back. Stay well clear of this company

I spent a lot of time trying to resolve this and was not be listened to or even considered. This is a simple problem - I placed an order, cancelled, got receipt saying it has been cancelled and then you charged me. The order numbers were: CF04D724 and CFF4FC7C.
