Carflexi.com terrible service

Terrible service Won't recommend to anyone,they are absolutely *******,took my deposit and refused to refund,I mean how can you take someone's deposit and they couldn't even get what they asked for,when it was time to get the car they said my drivers licence was not valid which they did not explain on their policy,then I tried to book it on my wife's licence and they said she does not have it more then 3 years,such bull****,I went to avis and they gladly helped me with no issue at all....I will never use this service ever again
