Carflexi.com - ********

On arrival in Cape Town on the evening of 18 November 2021 @ 22h00, we went to the Europe Car Rental desk to collect our "booked" car. There was NO booked car on their system with the reference details and voucher Carflexi provided me with. There were also NO cars available. I have paid a deposit of R604.84 on 29 October 2021 to book a car. We then had to incur extra costs to use an Uber to drive us to our destination in Somerset West, Cape Town. I have since emailed them daily to ask for my refund of the so called car that I booked, but never got to drive it. They rep**** me once, stating that I did collect the car at 13:58 on the 18 November. I emailed them my flight ticket as proof that we only arrived at 22:00 the evening, so there was no way that we could have collected the car. No further response from them! I will NEVER use their services again, nor will I ever recommend them to anyone. They take your money and then disappear. Be aware of Carflexi.com!! *********** and ********!!
