Carflexi Unlimited Kilometres is a ****

I hired a car for 3 days for unlimited kilometres. My booking was done online and I made the necessary payment and also paid the deposit. The booking voucher indicated unlimited kilometres but they treated it as a 200 km a day rental and charged me for the excess kilometres despite my voucher indicating otherwise. The car hire company, Thrifty Dollar gave me limited kilometres despite having booked unlimited.

When I enquired after they have taken R2 500.00 off my deposit, I was told that unlimited applies only when I book a car for more than 3 days. Why was this not shared with me at the rental desk. they knew I wanted unlimited kilometres but despite that they never brought this condition of more than 3 days to my attenetion.
