Carflexi the con of the car hire industry

The advertising is misleading. It is a paid search engine that charges exorbitant prices in addition to the actual car hire amount. 16 Feb 2023 I paid R1272, which I was lead to believe was an 'advance' payment to the 4-day car hire amount. Hertz charged the full amount and on refund of deposit merely washed their hands and said, 'take it up with Carflexi'. After the fact Carflexi merely rep**** and said it's in addition to the car hire amount. Reputable companies such as Hertz should not affiliate themselves with dishonest, con artis alliances.
