CarFlexi ****

Rented a car through them. Paid an initial amount of R546.08. The receipt indicated a remaining amount of R774.56 to be paid at the desk of THRIFTY with the pickup.

Arriving at THRIFTY we received a bill of R1284.78. They refused to assist us with inquiries regarding the discrepancy in amounts. We had no choice but to pay, inorder to prevent being stranded without a vehicle. Back home I informed Carflexi of the incident and the additional amount I had to pay. They were very helpful and stated that THRIFY must refund me. They will communicate further with THRIFTY.

This was end May 2021. It is now August 2021. I have come to realize that the helpfulness of Carflexi was just a smoke screen and stall tactics. They keep on promising me that THRIFTY will refund me ( 6 email correspondence) with no avail.

They are very clever in *****ing your money with a smile on their face. STAY AWAY
