CARFLEXI is the WORST rental platform EVER!!

NEVER use this **** booking platform!! I booked a car in June 2021 through Carflexi at Durban airport. When I arrived at the counter I was informed that I would have ZAR 19 500.00 reserved on my credit card as per the "agreement" with Carflexi. Nowhere in the contract with Carflexi were these and other hidden costs disclosed. I cancelled the rental with Carflexi and did a direct rental with Firstcar. The reserved amount on my credit card was ZAR 4 500.00. Carflexi are now refusing to refund my deposit insisting that the rental agreement with them was valid. The bad reviews worldwide are a clear indication that this company is nothing more than ********* ********!!
