Carflexi is ripping us off for not being transparent
No mere mention of the deposit in their website as they claim to be the cheapest. You book the vehicle and you only become aware when you go and collect the ridiculous amount you need to deposit. Cherry on the cake is the 48 hour cancelation fee of 50 euros they charge where for me amounted to R854 from the R968 I paid already for the rental. These people are a ******* to the core. I canceled with 20 min and they said it was in the 48 hour period as stipulated in their Terms and conditions. There was no verbal agreement or them reminding me to check the terms and conditions.

We regret to read you didn't use this reservation we had arranged for you. Allow us to inform that the terms of renting are available in every step of the booking process and it is important to check prior of finalizing the reservation. In the terms is mentioned the guarantee amount and what will be the driver's and payment's requirement. The stations require a credit card on the driver's name for the payment and the guarantee. We do regret as in case there was no credit card on the main driver’s name or with no enough funds for the payment and the deposit, then their station was unable to supply the car. Kindly note that the booking fee is not refundable under the conditions and no other fees will apply.
