CarFlexi is an absolute disgrace

I paid for a rental car, which I canceled a few hours before even getting the rental car. I have been struggling for more than a year now to get a refund. I never used the rental car, and they keep on telling me (and I quote directly for emails) " Since you canceled the reservation, you appeared as a NO SHOW". This is absolutely horrifying. This company has no concern or idea what a cancelation is. They basically got R2800 for no services provided. No one is trying to resolve my issues AT ALL. When I phoned head offices, the customer care consultants gets irritated and then hangs up the phone without giving me a clear answer of how this matter will be, or can be resolved. This company, CarFlexi, deserves a 5star rating in SUCKING.
