Carflexi Deposit is ****** by them

I booked a car with Carflexi Voucher No CF83D13 for 6 December 2022 to 15 December 2022. I advised that my flight was at 4.00pm. On the voucher they put 4.00am I did not notice. They had my flight no., my Telephone No. and my e mail address so they could have got hold of me. In any case there were no arrival flights at 0400. When I got to Thrifty s desk they advised my car had been cancelled in spite of a R2500 deposit which could have covered a few days rental. They refuse to refund the deposit as I was 12 hours "late" on the same day. My feeling is such a company has to be stopped. They are not ethical and it is tantamount to *****ing
