Car hire cancellation

I made a booking through them and now since I was unable to fulfill the car hire, I'm trying to get my refund. Their contact number on their site does not exist and I've been sending emails to their customer care all week and haven't even received an acknowledgement of my mails. I really want to speak to someone so I can get my money back cause I did not use the car hire I booked through them and could not reach them even on the day to cancel it
