AVOID! ********! NEVER NEVER again

The worst ever. I reserved a car for 11 days and paid 240 eur for reservation. At the airport the agency did not gave me the car that I reserved. But CarFlexi refused to pay my deposit back! I lost 240 EUR without any car renting and have to rent much more expensive car from another rental company. Incredible ********! AVOID.
