Carfin or Carlos?

This company runs as an online vehicle finance platform. It also looks like there's only 2 people working there. However they don't realise that they are playing with people's hopes. I sent in my application last week and subsequently received an automated response saying I was pre-approved. I was requested to send supporting documents which I duly did. This was later followed by a phone call requesting a copy of my license which I provided. I followed up on Monday and I was promised feedback before end of business, yes you guessed right, I did not receive such as promised. Apparently Matie/ Marie is not around, how do they run and online business which can be accessed by thousands of people like a ****a shop? By end of business the next day (Tuesday) I still haven't received any feedback. What kind of service is this?
