Pepper spraying people at an event but CAN NOT PAY THERE MONEY BACK!!

<p>I have bought tickets at computicket for the event , R100 PER ticket and i have purchased 5 which is R500 for an event for the 1st July 2017. i got to the event at 8:30 stood in a line trying to enter up until 10:45 when all of a sudden everybody got pepper sprayed including myself because who ever was hosting the event did not have control over the event!!, on the 2nd July 2017 i found email addresses on the website and decided to email these people and express my dissapointment & disgust in what happened. A guy buy the name of Malcom had responded and assured me that he has sent my query to the relevent people and if i did not receive feedback should i then call him , so i did not receive feedback in regards to my refund and decided to call malcom and he said he will get back to me , thereafter malcom sent me an email requesting a picture of those 5 tickets & banking details , which i did... I sent the picture of the 5 tickets , purchase slip of those 5 tickets & my banking details AND that was the last , i did a follow up with malcolm and he has not responded. I then decided that I would go online (facebook) and send a inbox to the events page "oh my jam", I included in the inbox who i have been speaking to all along without progress and again my disgust in what happened as well as i would like my refund. Whoever has control of that inbox has responded with they will get back to me WHICH HAS NOT HAPPENED!, few days later sent another inbox in regards to im still waiting for feedback and my inbox just got ignored. all i want is my refund!!!!! I will never attend another event that they host nor will I ever advise anybody else to attend their unmanaged , no control , violent & unmanaged events!</p>
