Was I ****med by Carethy??

My husband and I both ordered items totalling nearly R10000 from Carethy on 19 November 2021. We both got emails yesterday that the products are not available through their suppliers. Then I investigated further and found countless complaints (including on this site) of Carethy being a ****. In addition to that, there was attempted ********** activity on one of the credit cards. Both cards have been cancelled. When we called Carethy out on email for being a ****, we got replies that they would refund us in the method paid. We again sent banking details to them and explained that the cards have been cancelled due to ********** activity, and asked if they could refund us via an eft instead. The banking details were supp**** once again. We followed up with an email to ask if they could confirm that they would deposit the money into the account instead, but have received no response whatsoever. I am genuinely so very upset for being ****med as I am a nurse and as everybody knows, nurses in South Africa do not get paid well. The amount in total is almost the equivalent of what I currently earn. I would really like it if someone from Carethy could contact me with positive news like they will refund the money into my bank account details that were provided. My order number is #PHA-ZA-***.
