Pathetic service and support! 8 months to refund!

Very bad service is an understatement! I ordered a parcel in November 2019 which never arrived and could not be traced. I cancelled the order and had to order the item again.

After cancelling the initial order I received an email stating that a refund would be done within 14 days of the cancellation. After a total of 17 emails sent, dealing with 4 different support people I kept getting the same email that a refund would be done within 14 days. On 30 July 2020 I have finally received my refund!! Absolutely pathetic service and support!!!! DO NOT tell me that there will be a refund in 14 days if it took 8 months to do so!!!

I will NEVER order from Cartehy again! Rediculous!
