Is this ***** scheme?

I ordered two cosmetic items on Carethy platform on 14th Sep 2021, with my regular use credit card which doesn't have any kinda issues. At the end of Sep, since I hadn't received any updates about the shipping, so I checked my order status on their platform. It dawned on me that the order was canceled for no reason. According to them, they detected an anomaly in my payment method and my order was canceled. Trust me, I haven't received any kinda updates about the cancellation of this order. To make matters worse, I already paid them around R1,600.

I requested them to provide a decent reason why they canceled my order and the way to get a refund from them.

Now, on 1st October, I haven't got a further response from them. It seems a ***** scheme taking advantage of people's excitement. I never forgive this malicious company. And please, don't buy anything from them so as not to get such **** experience at your end...
