Has Carethy closed down and disappeared with monies paid for online orders

I have placed an order weeks ago (order PHA-ZA-***b62) through with Carethy. Payment was made and confirmation email received that my order is confirmed. I have been tracking my order daily and it has not even been processed . Tried emailing without any response. No one comes back to me regarding my product. All I want to know is when will I get my order and if Carethy is unable tp process my order then please may I have a refund
