In November 2019 I ordered 2 x Derma feet 480 gm bottles plus 1 x Eucerina PH5 lotion 1000ml The cost was €69.60 -- this amount has been taken from my bank -- Bankia. The above shows the details from my bank to you. I did NOT receive an order number nor any paperwork. Nothing has arrived ------------ I did order in the year on order number PHA-ES-***f -- 739817 -- this order was paid and was received I have had an account since January 2019 You can not be contacted on the telephone nor by Email without order numbers --- Why ?
