Carethy..******** South Africans
****. You never receive your goods. Every time you contact them someone emails back..never the same person, saying its in transit. This goes on for months. It has happened to many South Africans!! After that they tell you that the SA Postal services confirmed that your package arrived in SA...a lie! Then when you start threatening they send you affidavits and ask for documentation. You go through all of that..a wild goose chase, for nothing. Then they acknowledge receipt and promise to refund you...they never do and they keep on sending the same email over and over and over..always someone else, until you give up! Amazon uses them..send your complaints to the ***** devision. Make enough nouse and they will start loosing listings

I did send the email as requested with all my details like many times before and I was ignored. These people are experts in giving you the run around. A year and a half later...no refund. So don’t fall for the above lies. If your South African you are going to join the club..no goods...no refund...affidavits etc...all *******!!
