CARETHY is a rip-off

I can only warn everyone to not buy from them. I have ordered a Dior lipstick for a lot of money, because you cannot get the colour anywhere else. This was in December 2018. I have tracked the order online, I have contacted the customer service (which was of no help at all, because all they said was to check the online tracking system - which I did Einsteins!!!) I don't know where my order is (apparently in the country since January 2019), I don't know if it's still ok its way or of it still exists. This is very frustrating and makes me very angry. These people take your money and give very poor service. I cannot repeat myself enough, DO NOT BUY FROM CARETHY!!!
