very bad hotel experience

First I could not do a booking for a room at the hotel,you had to do a booking on lekker slaap.I rented then the room for 2nights.when we arrived at the hotel room there was only towels and 3 quarters of toilet paper.there was also no room service,no soap,shampoo And no wifi .We then started to have a problem with smoke coming into our room there's no smoke free in the hotel.There were also no aircon in the room only a roof fan.our room no was 307.we had to pay over R2300 for the room for 2 nights and get no value for the money missed informed about the hotel.There was also no toilet paper in the guest toilets this morning.Very bad service and money you are paying for.
