People are using power to make us feel small

Hi I went to an interview at career box Tuesday 21/11/2017 and one of the recruiters her name is Sonto I'm nt sure of her surname she was so rude to me she said I have a terrible voice, she asked me if I speak like this even on weekends apparently I was to slow for her liking. She declined my job application because she said she doesn't like the way I spoke. But I worked for Cci before and no one has ever complained about how I speak, I just think she didnt like me from the start and she used her position to make sure that I don't get the job. I have been to career box before and I never got the treatment that Sonto girl gave me and to make it worse there were +-40 people in the room when she spoke to me like that I was to disappointed on how she treated me.
