Poor service - empty promises

<p>I had blood tests done on a Thursday. After a week I phoned to find out what the results are. They promised me that the doctor will be looking at it and they will let me know. After another two weeks I again phoned. The lady took my information and said that she will get back to me. It is now been another week and no feedback.</p>
