Un approved claims.

Spoke to Medical aid. Was put on the Maternity benifit. Which did not BENIFIT in any way. Now we receive unpaid statements from Lancet labs. I called in spoke to Phatisa, got the codes for approved blood tests and it was rejected, then spoke to Zuko (most unprofessional person I have ever spoken to) who only knows that it wasn't approved. Now the team leader Deranise who is supposed to have gotten back to me a week ago but till now no call back. Worst service ever.
