Still waiting for my claim

<p>I had made full payments and submitted my claims clearly...even called their contact centre on a weekly basis and it's over a month nearly 2...and I have not yet received my claim ...most ****ing pathetic medical aid ever! I advise no one to use them a medical service provider</p> <p>I called again today when an idiot supervisor by the name of Thandi ..whom was suppose to help me for the pass month and a half... refused to assist me</p> <p> </p> <p>The worst service ever... and sadly...false advertising is the result of their lack in conviction... as promises to their clients are not met</p> <p> </p> <p>I am changing my medical the first chance I get</p>
