Selfnet care cross

I have a query with Care cross (selfnet option), for more than 3 weeks. I have been following up everyday with makazole Ngamlama and he doesn't respond back and when he respond to me, he doesn't say anything. I have asked numerous times for a call back and to date,I have not received any calls from them. I have a claim for medication they didn't pay back yet. Even with me following up daily, the only response I get back from the claim, is an automated response that says they will contact me in 24h00....it has been more than 3 weeks....I am disgusted with the way the treat people. They are the worst medical aid!
