BILLED ACCOUNT

We moved to Franschoek in February 2015, got sick and was not able to drive to Durbanville so I phoned the practice where I could only get an appointment the next day. As a new patient my medical aid payed for visit. Was treated in room with neubilizer and requested that Doctor give me Neurobian injection to also help boost my immune sistem. He assured me that most clinics do not give injections and advised me to complete treatment of other 2 as his words \just phone\" practice and I'll push you in between patients\". I was charged amounts for follow ups... as well as the one injection I received from his partner due to him not on duty. I was advised to pay R50 at reception desk. Paid cash. Then I receive another invoice for new consultation. Accounts only botherednto phone me in November with huge bill and advised that I circle amounts I think is incorrect which I did. Never got back to me afterwards as promised - now my mom received email for final notice to settle bill which she did as a pensioner?! I am the main member? Unhappy and demand monies paid back "
