Care to Beauty and UPS delivery
South africans don't order from this company. I ordered R1400 products, had to pay R600 for UPS and then UPS let me know I had to pay another R1300 and now again they could not get my parcel out of customs for 10 days...another storage fee of R276. I paid 3times for my products. Hard lesson learned. Never agian!

Care to Beauty and UPS delivery
South africans don't order from this company. I ordered R1400 products, had to pay R600 for UPS and then UPS let me know I had to pay another R1300 and now again they could not get my parcel out of customs for 10 days...another storage fee of R276. I paid 3times for my products. Hard lesson learned. Never agian!

Don't use Care to Beauty because of hidden massive customs fees
Don't use unless you can't source in SA! *NOT* South Africa based and don't clarify this on website (prices in rands). Ordered sunblock available locally for R700, came to R1000 with delivery, Customs held until paid R800. No delivery despite "Dispatched" messages from UPS. 3 weeks later UPS demands another R800 "holding fee" or won't deliver, says Port House requires it. But they held it, not us: we had paid duties immediately. That's 300% total local cost. Have told UPS we refuse to pay any more, as levies are 200% more expensive than actual local product so that money is lost. Emailed Care to Beauty, no response yet, but their T's and C's refuse customs-related refunds. They should know these will always arise in SA because of fees on cosmetics, so they shouldn't ship to SA without disclosure. Who would pay 200% more than store price to release goods? This may not be company's direct fault, but combined with Customs levies appears to have the makings of a ****.

DON'T TRUST
DO NOT BUY FROM THEM THEY ARE DISHONEST. I wish I could give 0. They are dishonest and *******. They don't tell you that they import. You pay tons of money to them for delivery and then have to pay over R2000 additional money just for those products to be cleared by customs. The customs process is unnecessarily painful as well and you pay a large bill but they just keep asking for more and more money. It's over R2000 I've had to spend to try and get the product delivered and it just keeps going higher. A waste of money. Had I known the company imports I wouldn't have bought from them.

********* business based in Portugal advertising in South African market and does not carry any stock locally. They don't mention that they have to fly in the products and that there are additional courier and customs expenses, resulting in delivery cost being 3x more expensive than the actual product. Which sane person would knowingly buy products for R600 + R390 delivery cost, and then on top having to pay additional R1100, to cover more courier costs?! International companies should be transparent in their marketing practises and NOT exploit South African people who earn much less than Europeans.

I made a mistake! Please order from Care to Beauty!
I received my package as indicated. They did not make a mistake- I did and they sent my package as indicated. The post office also delivered on time. Bryanston Post Office was a pleasant surprise. Please ignore my previous review and feel free to order from Care to Beauty. I certainly will.

Wrong item, unpleasant experience
I received the wrong item. It was also sent through the S.A. postal service!! There was no indication what the shipment service would entail. It shows a South African webpage, but it came from China! I don't want to work through the post office. Surprising that I received yesterday. No option to use a courier.I will never order from them again.
