Stay away unreliable, you are going to loose your money

Stay away, I ordered mobility scooter paid the R8700which included transport, the a further request was made for R3200 supposed to by for insurance that was done then they required a further R2000 for SGS inspection, which I did not pay so I requested my money back as I felt this is unreal, they said they would,however, up to now I have not received the scooter nor the money. Unreliable poor service, hidden costs not revealed to customer
