I want my money back!

I've called Careline more times than I can remember in the last year to ask them to please refund the money they have been deducting from my personal bank account for their services every month - I don't have an account with Careline! So, NO money should be deducted! I would like a FULL refund for the amount they've been deducting every month for the past year! I have spoken to several different people in the company - including the lady dealing with the accounts. This, of course, is VERY frustrating since I have to repeat my sad story EVERY SINGLE TIME I call!
