<div>Good morning my name is Motlalepule Seqobane a parent to a little boy Teboho Seqobane. Teboho goes to school at Spark Soweto, during the course of the year 2019 it was established that he is struggling with learning and catching up on a few of his lessons. The headmistress of the school suggested a company by the name of "Care Junction" speech and therapy where they said that they will start engaging him on both speech and occupational therapy to establish how to can assist in this matter. Now LOCKDOWN hit so there wasn't easy movement between the the******, me and the school due to the restriction of COVID19. I am a Frontline worker even though the whole country adhered to the rules I was always at work being instructed to go in the streets and to enforse the COVID19 rules as per the LOCKDOWN level. The company sent a company by the name of Van RHYNS to collect money owed to them which was 11000 on their behalf, on that note I asked them for a payment arrangement for two months. I paid half of the money on two consecutive months and email the proof the the law firm. It was agreed that I fully paid the debt and I was issued a paid up letter to confirm that I had fully paid what was owed to the the****** (care junction). Now fast foward 2020 I receive and email directly from Care junction not the law firm telling of and overdue amount of about 3000 thousand owed to them now I'm wondering if at 1st they send the law firm to collect for them. Why are they saying I still owe them? Can you please come to my aid because I feel like I'm being taken advantage of here</div>
