No Empathy Care Giver Company
I have been using the services of Complete Care Group as a car giver company for my Autistic son who was not well. He has been doing much better and as such we started using the car giving service company much less. Rather than ask me how is my son doing they send me a threatening mail that I have a 30 day termination clause and they will bill me for that time. The idiocy of this is that I pay based on time worked and a signed timesheet. If they don't work they can't charge me yet they felt it ok to threaten me. They are a conniving bunch with a serious lack of empathy.
